Some of our Bridge House Brats had a great day at Camp Talooli in Pennellville, NY, participating in a leadership group day!
One of the highlights was learning about Working Friends Forever Animal Shelter and the amazing work they do to help animals in need. We got to hear all about the shelter, the people who work there, and everything that goes into caring for these animals and finding them loving homes. ❤️
We even got to meet and pet a ferret, a bunny, and a sweet dog who was blind and had several other health issues after coming from a puppy mill. Experiences like these are a great reminder of the importance of compassion and giving animals the love and care they deserve. 🐶🐰
We’re excited to build a connection with Working Friends Forever and are looking forward to having them come spend some time with the kids during the summer so they can learn more about animal care and the important work the shelter does.
